Insanely rude old lady at the front. Not only that, they ripped the lace on the front of the dress and in the end didint even get the stain out!! When I asked her about the damage she took no accountability and insisted the rips were there before just like a lot of other reviews said she does. + (the rips were not and I have proof). I have had enough and take your business elsewhere this place is going to close very very soon.

TERRIBLE service. I sent in my favorite down coat for dry cleaning 2 weeks before. When I got it back, the zipper of the coat was damaged. Three teeth of the zipper could not link properly and the zipper constantly stuck there. A perfect down coat became a coat that can't be zipped at all. The owner denied any responsibility of it and were very rude. The least decency is a refund to the customer but she refused to take any accountability. People with such dishonesty shouldn't do business. I wish I've read other reviews before I went there.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. One of my shirts was returned with massive stains on it and the lady took zero accountability. She said it wasn’t her. I came in with my receipt and asked for a refund and she called me a liar and refused. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
