This is a 60 minute treatment with a foot, head/neck and back massage.You take off your shoes to soak your feet in warm water during the head/neck massage and you are covered with a warm blanket. Make sure to wear comfy clothes. A T-shirt and joggers would be perfect.The massage is pretty intense. If you have tight muscles and need a deep tissue massage this is definitely a good option.“
