After only 8 sessions I had my first night where I didn’t need my pain medication to help me sleep through the night. I love that this practice doesn’t just sell cracking you back. They include physical therapy along side of it to help you recover and stay recovered.

Don't wait until you are hurt or really in pain. Dr Christa and her team are great listeners and tailor care to your needs. A lot of people worry that Chiropractic can be painful but with Dr. Christa she's great at being effective in adjustments based on your body and its tolerances--even as it changes over time! Its gentle AND effective. Talk holistically about your needs with Dr Christa and her team and ask questions. They are very open to that. They've helped me get back to normal after having bigger physical issues. But more than that, you don't know how much better you can feel with your body maintained in the right way consistently! Arlington Chiro is fantastic! Dr. Christa helped immensely with my hip pain. The entire office is friendly and helpful.
