I’ve been dealing with severe neck and shoulder pain for over two weeks. I tried chiropractors, Graston treatments, massages, and just about everything else, but nothing seemed to give me lasting relief.

I have had plenty of massages in the past and typically feel good afterwards but I had my first fascial stretch therapy session with Emily today and I am hooked!
Emily is very knowledgeable and professional with her services. I came across her business and after 3 months I finally decided to give FST a try. On the first visit she asked me about my symptoms and asked in depth questions based off the form I filled out. After the first visit I immediately felt relief the following day from the pain I was experiencing in the middle of my back/shoulder area. I was so satisfied that I booked appointments for the next few months to keep up with the stretches as well as the relief!
