“I had a broken hinge on my laptop and a cracked screen. Every other place I went to either told me that they couldn’t do it or would have to mail it to a separate building for the repairs making it take 4+ weeks to repair. UBreakIFix was able to fix it in store in under a quarter of the time the other places estimated. The pricing was also very reasonable and they made sure to check in that I was still okay with the price they quoted me when I originally brought it in. I have my laptop back now and she works better than before! Hopefully I won’t be breaking any more electronics any time soon, but if I do, I’m coming back here.”
