My phone wasn't charging, I couldn't wait for the insurance to fix it so I brought my phone to the lake Zurich location and within 2 minutes, the guy cleaned my charging port and the phone started charging again.. definitely bring any electronics to this location.. they are great! 6 stars!!

to switch to Google's Messenger software which totally took over my phone to the point I could not find anything. But thanks to the person working the desk on 7/9/2026 who knew exactly how to fix and got it back to the format I recognized, and made my day!! :)
