Absolutely excellent! We had Michael come out today to our potential future home. There were some obvious things that anyone with eyes could catch but oh man, I gotta give credit where credit is due: this man is phenomenal! There were SO many things (some minor and cosmetic and some major that need immediate remedy) that the extensive report layed out. I was already very impressed with his dedication on scene but the report layout and information completely blew me away. Really enjoyed working with Kevin on our home inspection. He was very patient with our questions as first time home buyers and did a very thorough job. If we ever move again in the area we'll definitely be using his services.

Highly recommend this company for inspection services. Ken was great, knew exactly what to look for, was great in explaining everything to me, and provided a super detailed report afterward that had everything I needed. As a first-time homebuyer, everything can feel overwhelming and confusing, and Ken made this part less daunting. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
