Kevin did a great job on not 1, but 2 home inspections for us. Extremely thourough and explains things simply. He helped us avoid a money pit and help us feel at ease when we did find the right home. He is also makes himself avaialble for follow up quetions after the inspection which is a great value add. Can't recommend him enough!

Recommendation without reservations. Thorough, thoughtful, responsive, personable. I'm trying to relocate a state away and my realtor recommended Dynamic Home Inspection. Previous homes inspections I've had wouldn't rate a mention or rave review from me. These folks do. You will not have surprises with the home you're going to buy, and they'll give you a great idea of stuff to address immediately and things that can wait. I had follow up questions and Kevin took the time to call me and talk. What they do is a great value for the money, and peace of mind.
