Julio came in to inspect the building that I work in and he was very thorough and explained everything. He was on time, offered simple and cost effective suggestions for what we should do, and really seemed to care. Top tier customer service.
Julio was able to accommodate scheduling an inspection on short notice and communicated promptly every step of the way. The report was delivered in under 24 hours and very thorough. All possible issues with the unit were identified and the job itself was done very well; moreover Julio is a kind and thoughtful person.
