John was a pleasure to work with. He brought me along for the entire inspection, which was a great learning experience for me buying my first home. He clearly demonstrated his expertise and ability to explain complex topics, and was beyond friendly throughout. His report was thorough and delivered the same day. I would recommend John to anyone!
