John is great. Timely, personable, thorough, considerate. I had worked with Tomacor in 5 previous inspections over last 30y but Tom retired. John was just as good if not better. I appreciate how he responded immediately to my request, answered my questions, and provided a thorough report. I would use him again.
John did an amazing job completing our home inspection. He was communicative and easy to schedule with. He explained his findings thoroughly and answered all our questions, making our home inspection seamless. We would highly recommend him for home inspections!
John is awesome! My wife and I were going out of town and had a tight closing date so needed fast scheduling on an inspection - John was incredibly fast to respond and was able to schedule just two days out. He's friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator on site. Efficient inspection, quick turnaround with the report—we got it back just five hours after the inspection was completed—and a very positive experience overall. Just a delightful guy. Highly recommend!
