Kevin takes time to answer your questions and offers helpful general maintenance suggestions as he goes through your prospective home. If you want a professional, high quality home inspection it will be hard to beat Dynamic Home Inspection.

I had an outstanding experience with Kevin and Dynamic Home Inspection. The entire process was incredibly thorough and meticulously executed. It felt like every surface and detail was carefully examined, which put me at ease when receiving the final report. What stood out the most was how Kevin took the time to walk us through each item in depth, ensuring we fully understood everything being noted. He was never condescending or judgmental, and welcomed all of our questions. Now, a few weeks into owning our new home, I can confidently say there have been no surprises.
