From the moment Don stepped through my door, the experience was unprofessional. He forgot one of the testing devices — specifically, the combustion gas sniffer — and immediately began trying to upsell me on additional services.

Despite paying in full months earlier, I waited nearly two months for a basic report that should have taken minutes. Instead of delivering results, Don repeatedly pushed a $495 “general air quality assessment” for my upcoming home — something I never requested.

I would not recommend Don at Air Quality Analysts.On Wednesday February 14th I noticed that the furnace was not working properly. 4 weeks earlier I had the same issue and was serviced and apparently not fixed. The furnace was not keeping my home warm. So I called and put in another claim for someone to come out. A service tech was sent out on Thursday February 15th to look at the problem. The technician was at my house for about an hour and did not know what was happening with the furnace. The owner (Don) of Air Quality Analysts called me to tell me that there was a problem with the duct system and that there were pieces of the ducts missing. Don and his team have helped us with our HVAC systems since we purchased our property Illinois and they have been a godsend. Fair prices for good work. Professional and friendly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with HVAC issues.
