I love the front desk ppl at this location they don't judge you don't add to your mental health issues they hear you and help no pass you to another random person like wauconda. Wait it always long no matter if you have an appointment owners practice over booking the doctors unfortunately but the doctors and nurses care and the front desk here truly does at this specific location!!
They always try to get me in as early as possible. Even if they're super busy, they try. They are exceptionally nice to me and have been going there for almost a decade now. Thank you Diana and Barb.
I have been going here on and off since about 2010. I can tell you, at first, they were awful. Just awful. But now, 2025, they have made some real improvements and are starting to turn things around for the better. They used to put you on hold for hours at a time just to make an appointment. It was also 50/50 if you got a decent medical practioner that would listen to you and care about your medical issues. Now, the nurses and practioners are way better. The only downside now is the wait times can be long. But a shout-out to all the people that work at the front desk. A special shout-out to Megan, Kate and Robin, you all are superstars!! Keep up the good work!! :)
