Upon arrival, I asked if I was in the right place for a mammogram. The woman at the desk did not answer me, Ivy said "ID please, and insurance card". I went to get it and she loudly said "NAME PLEASE, I SEARCHED FOR MY INSURANCE AND SHE SAID AGAIN NAME.
Very short-tempered. She was training someone and they were going back and forth about how to scan my drivers. They were not approachable or seemed to care that I was a patient in need.
My dad was in the emergency room recently. He felt very good about his care. His nurse Nichole and tech Mike were great. The doctor was very respectful and kind to both my mother and father. Thanks!
