I had standing water in my shower and it had backed up into the adjoining bathtub. I called my HOA and they put me on hold and called Accurate. They were there within the hour, gave me two quotes upfront; best case and worst case. Fortunately they were able to deal with the problem at the best case and at a very reasonable price. The job was done quickly and they did a nice job helping to clean everything up afterward, and they were professional and courteous. I was very anxious to deal with a plumber but I’ll definitely keep their # on hand for future needs.
