“I switched over here bc I was told they cared more about the pet and weren't money hungry like Banfield. My referral person was right. I'd rate the 5 stars if they were more prepared to the visit though. I spent weeks gathering records, and they were supposed to look at it prior to the visit. This didn't happen, but they were accommodating with keeping my lil one out of a cage during a drop off I wasn't comfortable with.”
“I brought my sick cat here and they were wonderful at diagnosing and treating him. They got down on the floor with him to make him feel more comfortable. Very compassionate and caring people. I will definitely be back.”
“Dr. Welch has been doing a great job taking care of my cats, Louie and Cheryl, for many years. I'm very appreciative!”
