I love coming to this location. Marianne, in particular is so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. She always helps me find just what I need so I don't wander around aimlessly. I truly appreciate her. Also, the store is clean and organized and the cashiers are friendly.

Sooo.. Home Depot did a stand up. Took full responsibility for this terrible transaction. Although it was still terribly run it was made nice. I really do appreciate it. Thank you very much.

We needed advice on fixing an electrical problem in our recently remodeled bathroom. We went as far as checking with an electrician and getting a very expensive estimate for what we knew was less than 30 minutes of work. We threw up a Hail Mary of sorts and dropped into this Home Depot on Cicero in Alsip to ask advice. We found Electric Mike. Mike listened patiently, asked a few questions and gave us a quick tutorial on home wiring. We bought a new switch and sure enough, it took us less than a half hour to get the lights in the bathroom to work again. Mike is a hero!! If you have any questions about home wiring go see this guy!!
