And they charge you for that after care spray but that last a decade and they give you theses tiny cool Silver earrings and the Diamond screws onto the part that goes in your ear, so it stays in! So really complex and it’s a little pricey but come on it’s a hole in your body for the rest of your life the ear piercing and after care stuff come up to 70$ so start saving!”
