Absolutely loved my time with getting this tattoo. Been following hyesook for awhile now on Insta and knew I just had to get her to do my FMA tattoo and couldn't be more happier with the results!!! Definitely will have to get more work done by her again in the future!

My first time going here was yesterday. This is my first colored tattoo, but not the first. Amy was amazing! The artwork she did for her own style for my tattoo makes me love it even more. This tattoo already has a meaning but her take on it a d how great it came out is fantastic. I will say too they offer beverages a d snacks, great conversations with her and the other artists. For my next tattoo I already told her and my wife I'm coming back. AMAZING PLACE!

Got tattooed by Amy and the whole experience was great! She was quick with responses to questions I had. Her artwork is amazing and she did an amazing job with my tattoo. Can’t wait to add more! Would definitely recommend this shop

Alchemy is Tattoo & Gallery located in downtown Elgin. Alchemy is a woman owned and operated private tattoo studio. Resident tattooed artists are Amy Porter, Paige Hudon, HyeSook, Percy, & Jessie! They service Chicago, Elgin, and Schaumburg area, and out of state clients. All bodies are welcome! We're LGBTQ safe space. We work with all body types. Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery is an appointment only studio. Clients must complete the booking form for a consultation or appointment. Visit alchemy's website to schedule. Walk-ins are not accepted at this point. We specialized in larger body art, color tattoos, female portraiture ,and art inspired by nature and ornamental elements, illustrative, and anime tattoos.
