I had to wait a long time for care that was not thorough and missed the true diagnosis of what was needed for me. Yes people were nice, but I had to see another more efficient (Advocate) provider to correctly assess what I needed. NM Urgent care needs an overhaul and I won't be using them again.

They claimed they couldn’t access my records, because the gyno I used through this hospital doesn’t work there anymore. They insisted I needed a referral to call a different office to get my records on an iud I got put in. When I tried explaining I got it done at the hospital the doctor- Renata osadnik- got increasingly defensive and upset. She walked out on me very abruptly mid sentence when I asked for more information.I usually see another pcp & when I explained that she has always been able to access my entire record (since before and after the shift to Northwestern) since it was all through the same hospital, osadik got very defensive and said “next time you...read full review

Wonderful staff and quick service! All of them took an extra mile to help my husband with a head injury ?? out of all of the places we had to visit over the years, this one was the best one so far. Sarah at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we are accommodated quickly and all of the nurses and doctors were a bliss to deal with. Very professional and thorough.
