Care is good, but provide yourself an extra hour or more. We've never been seen less than 45min after our scheduled appointment. It would be nice if medical settings would stop booking so many appointments that are quoted at "15-20min" if no one is actually taking that amount of time. We're sitting in the room waiting for the doctor right now, 55minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

I was a patient there BEFORE. The talk [side conversations of snide and backstabbing] among OTs and Pts are wild. I had a talk with some of the therapists and they all said they aren't getting treated or compensated by upper management. I think they should review upper management and replace them with qualified people. How does more work mean no pay or even help. All these conversation I hear from being on the table being massaged too. DO NOT SEND PEOPLE HERE, THEIR EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT are not right for 2023/2024+. I will not recommend any of my friends or their friends and family here.

I also don't understand where this negative reviews are coming from. I have been using this facility for years, for a neck surgery, foot surgery and now back issues, and I have always had prompt, friendly service and outstanding outcomes. I took my son there for a wrist issue that knocked him out of tennis finals last year Wi the the same excellent service. See for yourself - don't rely on others.
