Absolutely the best! Having been duped by previous HVAC companies before, I must say I was I was skeptical from the get-go. Thankfully, that was not the case with Trademark! Taylor was top-notch! He was pleasant, professional, patient with my questions and skeptism and highly experienced in his profession. Amazing!!! I got a “low pressure lockout for 4 hours” fault code early on a Thursday morning. I was immediately concerned because we had tripple digit temperatures in the forecast. I made the call to Trademark Mechanical and to my relief, they had a technician at my house by 10:30am.
I was extremely grateful and relieved. To top it off, since I had my system inspected a few months prior, they waived the service fee.
