Our unit was failing off and in, yet each time Wayne and Lucan came to the rescue . When the day came and finally the unit gave its last gasp of air , their customer service excelled beyond measure! We were able to have a brand new unit installed and ready to go within days!! Do not hesitate on calling Bennet and Smith , they are a great father son duo with high standards of customer service , going above and beyond for their customers! Thank you, we are now ready for summer!
My furnace conked out soon after the electricity was restored following the wind storm. The Nu-Tech expert showed up very quickly, located the problem and fixed it right then. Right knowledge, right part, right back in business warming our home!
