I've been in North Idaho for 12 years and have had many experiences with contractors across the spectrum from outbuilding construction to flooring installers, to well diggers, to landscapers. None of them were half as responsive, thorough, timely, or reliable as Summit. It's like they're from a time when you could count on someone to do what they say and do it well. They couldn't finish the repairs on my roof the first day but promised to return and they did. I have a very steep, steel roof that had snow on it and unfavorable access. These guys showed up and knocked out the repairs, installed snow brakes, and gutters and it looks great. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest, they may not even be the fastest. But they show up on time and do a good job on the part of my house I can't afford to have fail - the roof.“

“Our house had heavy concrete roof tiles and we were looking for a roofer who could examine & inform us about our roof’s condition.
