New Heights Roofing worked directly with my insurance company to get the needed work covered, then completed. Mark was on top of everything even when the insurance company was not very responsive. The work was done well, and quickly. Thanks!
The guys at New Heights were quick to come out and quick to get me in their schedule. The guys that did the work were courteous and efficient and cleaned up everything. They found additional problems while patching my roof and came back to fix them with the right tools and did not charge me. I will be hiring them for a full roof replacement once that time comes. Honest people and the employees all seem to like working there which is always a good sign. Thumbs up!
We're really happy with the job New Heights Roofing did on our roof. They were professional from start to finish and took the time to answer all our questions. The crew was very polite, worked hard, and it was clear they cared about doing the job right.
Out of everyone we've had do work on our home, this has been the best experience by far. If you're nervous about getting your roof replaced, don't be. They did a beautiful job, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
