“Recently my dog Tiger stayed at Forest Acres for approximately 11 days. First - the owner Chelsea is an incredibly nice person and dog lover. Second - She has set up an amazing dog-friendly facility. She has several fenced in areas with one large fenced in area with lots of grass, some trees for shade as well as water buckets to drink from. The dogs spend the day running around playing outside. If it gets too hot outside, she will move the dogs inside to keep them cool. The dogs are well vetted. My Tiger made several friends while he was there. He just loved being there. He got plenty of exercise. Some dogs come for the day, and some are boarded like my Tiger. At night, the boarded dogs get the run of the house. There are open-door cage kennels as well as bed like pillows scattered around the living room for her visitors to choose how they will spend the night. The setting is as close to being at home as possible. Chelsea spends the day with the dogs. For example, she will play fetch with those that like that activity and she will brush the excess fur off those that need a good brushing. She always has time for those pooches who just stop by her for a little TLC. Every day, Chelsea will take videos or still pictures of your dog and send them to you so you may see how he or she is doing. I am so happy that the Sandpoint area has a place like Forest Acres for my dog to visit whether it is for a daycare visit or boarding when I go out of town.“

Jani offered to do an in home pawdicure. Not only did she travel to my home, she was professional, clean, kept my dog at ease and was quick but efficient. 100 percent would recommend!
