So personal ,kind friendly loving to my dog
He went home happy and clean smelled so good ! The staff was knowledgeable of my kind of dog and knew exactly what to do and I was happy of that ! They made him feel welcomed , special and loved . I would recommend this grooming place to anyone !
Thought it was so cool to have a family owned place it’s pretty special and personal and fun to see family working together !

“I arrived a couple of weeks ago from California. Keeping busy trying to move my sister in law back to California. Play N Stay has been an awesome experience for my 2 yr old dog Hazel. A bonus was being able to drop her off when we needed space to move stuff in and out of the yard without having to worry about my fur baby getting out. She has poor recall and that was becoming a pain trying to track her down while we were moving. The staff members are great and are very cautious with new dogs arriving at their facility. They took their time observing my dog and seeing how she handled other dogs. Plan on returning to visit my in laws and Play N Stay will be a destination for my dog to socialize and play with other dogs in a safe environment.“

“Staff there worked a pet in for us, and stayed beyond closing to make sure he was taken care of. It was very serious, and I hate to think of what may have happened without their care.“

“I brought my collie to River City Grooming twice so far. They did a very professional job, bathing and more. Lassie came home beautifully soft, looking show ready. She loves going there as well. The groomers love the dogs and you can tell by the dogs being so happy there. Highly recommend this groomer. I will definitely be returning there for all my grooming needs. A1 for sure.“

“Dropped off my cat for Lion cut and she was very good apparently and it only cost me 85(2026 year) dollars. If she wasn't as good she would have been like 95 dollars or a little more. It is there busy season so it took like 3 or 4 hours but I am going to keep using them for my cat.“

“I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I could put some peace of mind for some pawrents bringing their dogs to this vet.
I brought my dog to get a dental cleaning. At first I was nervous because I didn’t get many instructions and didn’t have a pre assessment to check in his teeth with the vet.

I even thought about canceling the appointment because I had many concerns but I knew my dog’s dental health was important so we went with it.

This is not like other veterinary clinics, this place is BUSY BUSY! You don’t see the vet because of how busy they are so your contact will be the front desk ladies doing the face to face work with clients.

Drop off is hectic. We arrived at 7:30am and it was already very busy. I am not sure why most reviews here say the front staff is rude? I had a pleasant experience with the employee that helped me check in and she even went over the paperwork I was filling in and explained what will happen to my dog during his stay.
I was lucky he only needed a standard dental cleaning and no extractions were done so by 3pm he was ready for pick up and had a very speedy recovery from the anesthesia.
When I picked him up again the front desk was very nice and even helped me schedule an appointment for my other dog.
I think most of the bad reviews regarding the front desk is because these ladies ARE BUSY and multitasking. Both morning and afternoon when I arrived to the clinic there was at least 4 people in line and from what I could see it was only 3 front desk staff?

Overall I was very pleased with my experience, the price was extremely affordable and they even called me the next day to check up on my dog to make sure he was on the path to recovery.“
