My experiences here are hit or miss. I come often to keep my records up to date for school. There are some great front desk ladies that have helped me before. The one this evening was unhelpful and seemingly irritated but maybe she has had a long day. I’ve had great experiences with the doctors. There is a young nurse that is great and informative and an old, grumpy, scoldy nurse that makes you feel like you’re doing everything wrong. Usually it’s a good experience though. I’ve never had a crazy wait there.
Good experience as usual. Went there because I thought I had the rubber end of hearing aid stuck in ear canal. It was actually very much wax buildup. After flushing numerous times it was still there. Took an wax softener for 3 days and returned. Nurse had to dig and dig some more with flushing. She finally got it out. It was very large and hard (looked like a pebbel) for the first time in quite a while I can now hear in my right ear. It's amazing. (I'm very happy)I
Had a very pleasant visit. All staff were nice and welcoming, and PA Conner was knowledge and thorough. The only negative for me was the lack of connection with my health insurance company.
