I get it is 2026. But. I went in for a drug screening for a new job at 10am. You walk in and no one is there after a minute someone walks out and tells me to sign into the computer. Someone appears on the computer and I have to sign into the screening remotely. All the while the tv is blasting 10 feet away. I turned off the TV. Then I had to fill out the same questionnaire that I had already filled out for the job interview, then refill the same questionnaire before taking the test. What is the world coming to 😂🤦
Lynette was incredibly helpful and kind. She should be getting 5 stars, she is the ONLY reason for the 3 stars. I waited an hour and 10 minutes just for a pre employment drug test, the front desk kiosk is inefficient, incorrect, and frustrating. I wish I could give a 5 star review strictly for Lynette, but I was unhappy with the wait time and the poor customer service in the front
