Let's see started off bad. The truck was 25 minutes late. Sapposed to be there a one oclock. Driver had an excuse about some kind of maintenance issue with the truck. Ordered a 8 yes at a five slump. Added 10 gallons of water. Pouring a driveway. Driver tell me the mud may be sticky, changed suppliers and not sure how this new ingredient works yet. Got him dumped out. It must be a lonely job as he was really chatting it up. Was going to order 2 percent calcium but was told hot water would be sufficient. Here I am 830 and waiting for concrete to set up. I won't use them again.

This review is a result of a G&B cement mixer coming up our subdivision road by mistake, looking for a development further down the road. The truck had 10 yds of wet cement and sloshed out some on our asphalt road by accident. When I called G&B about cleaning it up, they were first appalled that a driver had done that, but the Operations Manager drove out with brooms and shovels all the way from Nampa to assess the situation and take remedial action. Mike did just that, and then called another contractor in to sweep it up. He apologized many times for the incident and called back a day later just to make sure we were satisfied. Any company that goes that far out of their way for the public gets my vote for a contractor that I would hire for a pour! They want to do the right thing...all the time!
