Park on Norco, check in LW 400 BLDG. Untie/tarp on street, pull in to Norco gate, FCFS honor system. Pretty quick once you are on property. Friendly staff.

Overnight parking on Norco if there is room.

The fact that there are so many 1 star reviews and no one is doing anything about it, is just ridiculous. Why has no one in management fixed this place? Absolutely the WORST L&W there is. I've been to several, and all of them can unload you pretty fast. But their Nampa location, just doesn't get it or doesn't care. Took almost 4 hours to unload 4 trucks. When it's my turn, they say it's because it's busy. Absolutely unacceptable. Management needs to do something about this location.

Very very very slow unloading of semi flatbeds to the point of zero interest in delivered products.
No point of trying to make an early morning delivery cause they let their own trucks ( loaded and empty !!! ) skip the line and forklift operators have to concentrate on loading and unloading their own trucks first, thus creating a line of OTR trucks trying to make delivery.
No parking available, just 1 spot in front of the entrance gate. There is some street parking but it’s occupied by L&W trucks and trailers anyways. No parking makes OTR trucks scattered all over neighbor business parking lots.
Overall total disregard to delivery trucks, zero respect to OTR...read full review
