The practice is very welcoming and professional, with a nicely streamlined process from the exam on to picking your eyewear. The staff is quick, professional, and very patient in answering questions. They are knowledgeable and helpful, providing various options for care without being pushy. Patients have praised the doctors for their expertise and ability to tailor care plans to individual needs.
My husband and I see the eye doc every Oct. We are new to ID and were pleasantly greeted by the office manager who explained how best this practice could serve us. They did great.
Family Eyecare Specialists provided me excellent customer service as well as accommodating my work schedule. I was able to get in same-day for a symptom, and able to return twice during my lunch break to get my current prescription assessed and updated and to ensure it is a good fit! Dr. Adams is friendly, efficient, and professional! I’m very grateful for my experience there.
Very caring and great care. This is the best eye care I have ever been to. I am 75 and have worn glasses for 50 years. Modern exam equipment and no eye dilation. At my age I got there 10 minutes early for an 8 o'clock appointment. No lights on. About 8, people starting showing up. Door unlocked at 8:05. I am a believer in getting to work early enough that the office is ready to take patients at 8. This does not rake away from quality of care.
