Stopped in today on the off chance they could fit an older pair of lenses that I have into different frames. Alexandria spent about 30 minutes putting together some spare parts that they had in the back and came up with a very functional soluton. Awesome customer service!

Huge thank you to Dr. Jake Watson for taking care of my eye tonight. I came in with a sore red eye as soon as I got off work which was RIGHT before the office closed. He stayed after hours to look at it, diagnose, and to give me an eye treatment to start the healing process. He really went the extra mile for me tonight and I appreciate it so much.
This is the fourth eye care provider that I have visited in the Treasure Valley in the last six years. This is the first one that I have liked and returned to. The office is well organized and clean, everyone is professional and friendly, and I have had zero pressure to purchase glasses/frames from them (they do have a good selection though). When I said I was going to purchase glasses online due to cost, they made sure I had all the information I needed. They have been upfront about costs associated with whatever scans I have needed for my care, no unexpected bills. I get great care for my eyes without worrying about sales pressure. Highly recommended.
