We also had new flooring installed throughout the first floor which included some challenges , like removing original floor tile set in cement. The team worked together to get this done with great results. Rob , the team painter, has 25+ years of experience and it shows! He did a fabulous job painting ceilings, walls, doors and trim of the entire first floor and it looks brand new. Josh , project manager, did a great job communicating with me each step of the way and I really appreciated that he answered every phone phone call quickly and was on site multiple days a week. Shawn was great to answer my questions or concerns as well. Everyone involved from team members to subcontractors showed integrity and respect to us and our property.
