Lafever Roofing did a great job on replacing our roof. The crew arrived on time each day. They were very pleasant and respectful to us & our property. They even went to our neighbor & cleaned up what debris accidentally fell in their yard. They cleaned everything up each evening before leaving for the day.
They are easy to work with and very reasonable in their pricing.

3/2026: Just had a full roof replacement done by LaFever. Long term family home. LaFever previously did this roof in 1988 with 20 year shingles. 38 years later and it was due. Long past their life expectancy with no leaks or issues. Excellent communication, and price was comparable to other established roofing companies in the area. Took 2.5 days to complete the work. Grounds and house were spotlessly cleaned each night. Crew was on time and it was clear that they knew what they were doing and enjoyed working together. 2nd time using them for a roof repair, top notch business, honest and fair, prompt and efficient.
They even call afterwards to check on the customer and see if they're happy with the work done .
