We finally bit the bullet and had our original roof replaced. It was an intimidating decision with it being such a major investment and so many roof horror stories out there. After significant research and 3 bids, we decided on Silver Lining Roofing. We could not have been more relieved and pleased! From the very beginning, our discussions with Lindsay and Mandy were very honest and upfront. These guys were great!!! I called them out to checkout my skylights because one was leaking. They showed up on time as promised. Installed new skylights and re-did all the flashing. They even replaced a couple of roofing tiles that were missing after they inspected the roof. The installers were courteous and freindly and very concscientious about picking things up and made sure that nothing from above fell into the house. I definetly would use thsis compay again.

Lindsay and her team were truly a pleasure to work with! We had a leak in our roof from a repair that was done by the previous owners of our home. I reached out to Silver Lining the morning after we discovered it and she promptly came out to do a free estimate. After approving the repair with our home warranty, they got right on the job and were in and out in a single day. I was sent details and photos of the repair before/after which looks great!
