Mike Sellers was exceptionally great tech for my mom when she just out of surgery. He checked everything thoroughly put new filter in. And even looked at her water heater. To say how to fix it. She has had no hot water for a couple weeks.

Andy showed up within an hour or two of my conversation with our call for service this Monday morning. Another local HVAC service provider said they couldn't come until sometime the next day, between 8am and 6pm. Andy was very professional, personable and informative, happy to answer any questions I had about our older, broken HVAC system. Once he diagnosed the problem, Andy provided a number of solutions. Absolutely positive experience from the first phone call I made through final inspection. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. Our AC went out on a week it was in the 100's every day. I was a brand new Customer and felt well taken care of from the first call. The initial call to the office I got a real person (a plus these days). I was so stressed but just talking with her made my day better. She was able to have someone out that same morning. Great service troubleshooting from the smallest problem up. Ultimately we needed a new unit. Not surprising, we've been waiting for it.
