My kids have been training at this dojo for a year and a half. They have gained a lot confidence and ability by training with Sensei Muir. 5 out of 5 stars.

I have been training here off and on for about 4 years, and there aren’t enough star’s available for this place. The authenticity of the art and Shane Sensei’s dedication to help everyone get better where they are is humbling. The students and instructor train together with a humility that fosters a true learning environment. Don’t let the deep tradition that is associated with an “outdated” stereotype sway you, it is very applicable to everyday life and it is taught in a family type atmosphere. Come check it out!!

What an absolute treasure! I joined the dojo almost a year ago and have had an absolutely amazing experience! Before I even get into the martial arts practiced here, I want everyone to understand that the facility is clean, the students are friendly and practice personal hygiene, and there is an overall understanding of goodwill towards all. With that being said, the arts studied are second to none. I have studied offensive martial arts most of my adult life and have a black belt in another art. I would choose to train in the Bujinkan as a white belt over retaining any of my past accolades without a second thought. I have found that training in the Bujinkan is inspired with thought provoking and elegant principles which outclass any of the brutal, offensive arts I've studied. Anyone who is serious about martial arts will quickly see how lucky we are to have a dojo here in Boise. To become a member, is truly to be a part of the living history of the Bujinkan. I don't want to give anything else away, you have to experience it for yourself!
