The gym's new facility is modern and well-equipped, with instructors who are knowledgeable and patient. Visitors have praised the diversity of skill levels among members, making it easy to find training partners and learn from others. The gym's instructors, including Kyle, provide top-notch instruction, and the technique practiced in the gym is strong.
I had the opportunity to come in and train with BJ and the team while I was in town, and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone was super welcoming, and the instruction was technical and top-notch. Bj took the time to correct technique and provide additional support to augment success. I would definitely train here again, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone in the Boise area.
Driving through from Washington to Colorado for work and decided to stop by and check the place out.Had a great time training tonight! Their new gym is really nice! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Being a 6 month beginner its sometimes intimidating going to a new place but everyone here made me feel like home. Great place to train! I was visiting Boise for a week and they treated me like I had been training there for years. Kyle is a great teacher along with everyone else I got a chance to roll and drill with. Great diversity in skill levels as well. Would highly recommend.
