Great gym, but for the love of God, get a new key fob scanner. We are all tired of being locked out in the early morning when it's not staffed yet. Even the morning staff is locked out. This happens far too often. We are paying for a service that we can't use.
I've been working with Noah Clark through their personal training program, and he is AMAZING!
We started with a consult where I was able to discuss with Noah how I've struggled my entire life with Chronic Illness and pain, and how it has been hard to consistently work out or know what exercises I should reasonably doing with my limitations. He helped me break everything down into bite size pieces, whether that was supplements to help me with my workout routine and recovery, exercises and water intake, or even just mental blocks and confidence issues with certain exercises and even just getting to the gym every day. LOVE golds gym! I have been a member since 2017! The front desk is kind and helpful! I LOVE the Kids Club gals- especially Brooke, Lindsay + Moriah! My kids love them too! The instructors are amazing! I specifically attend Keri + Madie's classes because they fit with my schedule and they continually push me to become better + stronger! They've been at Gold's forever and their passion for group fitness is unmatched. I always see the janitorial and maintenance staff working to better the place! The trainers are great and always willing to help spot or show how a machine works + answer any questions. The front desk is great too! Gold's is where it's at!
