CrossFit Edify is more than just a name or gym. It is a family. Classes with people who are encouraging, uplifting and amazing. I have never felt more welcomed in a gym. The coaches are incredible, extremely knowledgeable and fun. It is a great place to be!

I love how attentive the coaches are to my form. They do a great job of modifying the workout to make sure my husband and I can fully participate. 3.5 years later and we can’t imagine going anywhere else.
