They go above and beyond to meet all dreams and accommodate each request, providing weekly updates for out-of-state clients. The finished product leaves clients so happy, and the experience is incredibly easy. The business is also generous, as shown by a donation to a school fundraiser, making the community special. Every individual interacted with, from the owner to the admin staff to the individual workers, is excellent. Clients could not be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend, as they were impressed with the work.
What a quality organization! They work very hard to make you happy and go the extra mile for you. Everyone we worked with took the time to explain the process and ensured we understood before going forward. This includes their vendors and subcontractors. One day I showed up on site and the excavation crew were working. The person running the tractor stopped what he was doing, introduced himself and even explained what he was doing. This will hopefully be our last house, but we wouldn't hesitate to work with Timbered Ridge again. Will , Brian, Cameron and Barry were all the best at what they do! They even beat their completion date by 3 days. Thank you Timbered Ridge!
We couldn’t be happier with Timber Ridge. We followed the building process from day one and were very impressed with the quality of work, subcontractors, and TR staff. Like any build, there will be bumps in the road but those bumps were make right by TR. TR/Windmere staff are professional, patient, and we would go with them again. The subcontractors were a delight to watch. We even suggested to our excavation crew (jokingly) to build a “ski hill” for our kids with excess dirt... and they did! Thank you TR for a great experience.
