Timbered Ridge Homes is a family-owned and operated company based in North Idaho, specializing in building affordable luxury homes on acreage. The team is approachable and very inviting, with top-notch skill and building quality. Clients have had an exceptional experience from start to finish, with the entire staff being helpful during the build process. The crew is one of, if not the, best custom home builder in North Idaho, offering unlimited freedom in dreaming up a forever home. They go above and beyond to meet all dreams and accommodate each request, providing weekly updates for out-of-state clients. The finished product leaves clients so happy, and the experience is incredibly easy. The business is also generous, as shown by a donation to a school fundraiser, making the community special. Every individual interacted with, from the owner to the admin staff to the individual workers, is excellent. Clients could not be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend, as they were impressed with the work.
Our experience with Timbered Ridge for our custom home was stellar. From initial inquiry with our own house design for our property on a difficult building site, their in-house drafting of permit documents, permitting, project management, communication, costs management, scheduling, sub-contractors, construction quality, to the final closeout, and warranty follow through has been seemless, efficient, on schedule and budget. I have been lucky enough to communicate with many Builders over the last 6 years and by far the timbered ridge team was the most approachable and were very inviting. I have had the opportunity to see first hand the building quality and craftsmanship that goes into the homes they build and I am 100% sure that when you choose them to build for you that you will have an exceptional experience from start to finish. There skill is top notch and I am excited to work with them in the neer future.
