Viking built me a good home at what is now a reasonable price. I'm now 6 months into the house and I'm pleased with the quality. I had an issue with the heating system, but Bill's heating who did the installation responded within 2 hours of my call for help and fixed the issue. For the money, this is a great house.

Just did our walk-thru with Dan from Viking and are totally pleased with our new home. We are in the packing and moving process, and wish it was as easy and pleasant as buying a Viking home through Wade and Nicole Jacklin. They have both been terrific through the whole process and we feel like we have friends in Post Falls already. Make sure to get a certified inspection. Recommended by Vikings own staff. With the fast production you are bound to have structural issues. Warping of rain water soaked subs. The list is long!!! And with the long wait times on materials. Good luck getting it done in a timely manor. Great attitudes, but minimal service on getting repairs done the right way so they don't have to come back 3+ times to "try" and cookie cutter fix the issue. Its called the wine theory. The longer it goes.... I give 5 stars for how nice the staff is, but 2 stars on build and repairs.
