Pursuit Restoration was awesome drying out my hardwood floor in the kitchen and carpet in an adjoining bedroom following a leak from refridgerator water filter. Tony was able to dry the floor and subflooring without removing cabinents or having to replace the hardwood or carpet. He completed the job in a timely manner, arrived when he said he would and kept me informed on each step of the week-long process. Tony came to the house every morning, checking on the drying/de-humidifying equipment, and going down into the crawl space on each visit checking the mositure in the subflooring. Our basement flooded the night a supply line burst, somewhere around 2am, and I called Pursuit Restoration. They answered, and a crew was out before sunrise getting the water out. What stood out most was how they treated us through the whole thing. I was frazzled and Tony took the time to walk me through what to expect with the insurance claim so I wasn't going in blind. I would definitely use them again.
