“Two months ago we had a water leak in our kitchen. Fortunately the leak was contained to the kitchen, into the subfloor and into the laminate flooring. After waiting for the insurance company to finally give approval for the estimate Phoenix was able to begin the rebuilding of our kitchen and flooring. Logan was the project manager / superintendent for the rebuilding.
Logan called me a few times per week while waiting on the insurance—if only to let us know that we were still waiting, but at least I knew that he was still on top of the project.
Once the project started Logan talked to me daily to let me know what the next task was happening—and if something happened sooner than expected, he moved the schedule up and got things moving.
The work was all done to high quality, each crew that came over were respectful and professional!
