“What a fun experience. I went to my first yoga class and got yoga class. What a great experience. The faculty was very clean, they had everything I needed as an inexperienced person and helped walk me through the process. I’m a Pilates girlie so it wasn’t too hard to understand and keep up but it still kicked my butt!!! This place was amazing. A must try. Rachelle the instructor was so good and sweet too.“

“Just got home from an amazing massage with Danaka. FYI the office has moved to horseshoe bend road across from Winco. I've been getting massages for decades and this was one of the very best. She has a lovely and comfortable room. She was very pleasant and caring. She did the pressure just like I said I wanted. If you are considering trying this I would absolutely recommend it.“
