We purchased a new tub from FPS, and were having a few teething problems with the controls. Called for help about 10AM. Amazing to say, Brandon arrived just before noon, same day. Brandon is courteous, knowledgable with a very smooth and patient presentation. He walked us through our issues with a confident ease, obviously comfortable with his product.
