The purpose of my stop was for some simple sewing work and I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. then my new account was created at the desk. I had a unique situation where leaving my garment for an extended period of time was not ideal. The staff, including the seamstress Natasha, understood the situation, and despite the backlog of work, were extremely accommodating, and completed the work while I waited! Needless to say, this was an exceptional, first experience at DCB and they have earned my future business and recommendations.“
