The store on overland and eagle is the best store by far. They are only a drop center but the people who work there are known for their great customer service and hospitality. They go extra step to make sure they know your name without having to ask which I think awsome. If you are new to bairds I would recommend this store highly.

Want to take this opportunity to rewrite my review Brandy the owner reached out to me and completely changed my bad experience. She took the time to explain there process to me and went above and beyond to credit me back the amount that I was overcharged. I found out they offer small businesses discounts which I did not receive when I first went in . I appreciate her making this right and as a first time customer I will be back .

I gave these guys a jacket that had dirt from 1994 on it and somehow they got it off. I honestly think this is a really good place to take your winter jacket or even your hoodie that might be missing a drawstring.
