I gave these guys a jacket that had dirt from 1994 on it and somehow they got it off. I honestly think this is a really good place to take your winter jacket or even your hoodie that might be missing a drawstring.

Brought in a weighted blanket to clean. Tag says to spot clean only and directions to properly clean. There is dryer damage all over the blanket. It is a fuzzy blanket, clumps of the material damaged from too much heat. 3 weeks wait and I personally had to try and brush the damaged areas to make it somewhat similar to what it originally should look (most of the blanket is damaged and you can see the spots that were not), when I brought it in to clean. Pricing was very fair. Staff was very nice but the blanket is now damaged. I won’t be coming back.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

Very disappointed. Last year I was shorted my husband's dress shirts and had asked them about not getting returned items. I was told all items had been returned and given the only option of looking through their lost/unclaimed garments for my items. I decided to go elsewhere. A few months later I received a call that they found five of my husband's shirts (at approximately $65 per shirt that is $325 worth of clothing). I thanked the lady at the desk for returning them. I decided to give them another try a few weeks ago because I liked the location. I dropped off 16 items and at pick up was only give 13. They said they would look for the remaining three. When I went back a few days later I was told they could not find the three items, I had miscounted and there were only 13 items to be returned. I had counted the clothing twice to be sure since it was a large drop off so am confident it was 16 not 13 items. We have now lost $195 in dress shirts. Obviously will not be returning to Bairds again.
