Dry Cleaning Butler

The service was okay overall. My clothes were cleaned and returned in good condition. The staff was friendly, but the turnaround was a little longer than expected. Pricing seemed reasonable.

I’ve had a great experience with this dry cleaner! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their work is consistently high quality—the clothes come back looking crisp, clean, and expertly pressed every time. They also offer fair pricing, which makes the excellent service an even better value. If you’re looking for reliable dry cleaning with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them!

This was my first experience using DCB, having just moved to Eagle from Boise. The purpose of my stop was for some simple sewing work and I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. then my new account was created at the desk. I had a unique situation where leaving my garment for an extended period of time was not ideal. The staff, including the seamstress Natasha, understood the situation, and despite the backlog of work, were extremely accommodating, and completed the work while I waited! Needless to say, this was an exceptional, first experience at DCB and they have earned my future business and recommendations.
