We’ve used this dry cleaners for three years and have always appreciated their customer service. They’re prompt and kind every time we go (often times twice a week). We had an emergency situation recently and the owner was MORE than accommodating in getting us our items outside of business hours. your work as a Dry Cleaning establishment is very good. We have requested SOFT Finish on my Husbands shirts. Most of thee are finished just right. The alterations dept. is the best. really handy for the customers. We have been their customers for many years. The HARTS

I have been to many Dry Cleaning Companies over the last 30 years and I want to commend the young man who always helps me " with a Smile"!I was using another Dry Cleaners because it was near the Grocery Store I frequent..however, the proprietor was rude and when they ruined my favorite designer silk blouse, he tried to tell me it was like that..They have wonderful customer service at Dry Cleaning Butler and I appreciate getting the text telling me my dry cleaning is ready to pick up.. usually earlier than expected!Thank you so much for always making me SMILE!
