This was my first experience using DCB, having just moved to Eagle from Boise. The purpose of my stop was for some simple sewing work and I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. then my new account was created at the desk. I had a unique situation where leaving my garment for an extended period of time was not ideal. The staff, including the seamstress Natasha, understood the situation, and despite the backlog of work, were extremely accommodating, and completed the work while I waited! Needless to say, this was an exceptional, first experience at DCB and they have earned my future business and recommendations.
I have been to multiple dry cleaners in the valley and this company seems to have it all together. When I received my shirts, they were pressed the way they should be. Reasonable pricing, friendly staff, just a all around good company.
I was helped by Natashia recently at the dry cleaners! She greeted me with a smile immediately and talked to me about how she would treat the stain on my son’s jacket. Her knowledge of her craft and her service was great! My expectations were met, and she was able to remove the stain from his new jacket. It was a special material and I was worried. The price and customer service were exceptional! I will definitely make the trip to Eagle again! My husband has a suit I need cleaned! Thank you so much for your excellent service!
