Opex has been the gym I didn’t know existed. Their Personalized programming to help strengthen and work with my jacked up back has been such a game changer. Brandon is an incredible coach and is always on the floor helping and coaching. The atmosphere is great since you are working out along side other people But everyone has their own workout specialized to their fitness goals. The workouts are app based so you can track everything you have done and remember the weight you used and you can take notes with what you need to improve on. How do I do justice in describing my life changing experience at OPEX CDA. First of all their pervasive caring attitude is the culture at OPEX. Being elderly when I entered I was self conscious to say the least. I was met with open arms, abundant encouragement and a whole bunch of new friends dedicated to a common purpose of personal growth. Brandon and Cody take a vested interest in all of us. They care. Stop by and say hello. You will be greeted by everyone with smiles and support. There are no mirrors etc. Just a unique experience dedicated to the personal growth and fitness of each of us.

If you are looking for a place that has an awesome atmosphere, great coaching, a way to genuinely achieve and scale your goals for not only fitness but in life Opex CDA is your spot. Couldn't recommend this gym enough for people in the CDA area. You will no doubt see an improvement in your health.. physically, mentally, and spiritually, so again couldn't recommend it enough. Some amazing people! Grateful for the Brandon and the whole family at Opex CDA!
